EMBROIDERY

Embroidery is done using an embroidery machine which stitches thread in to the garment to create text, logos or pictures. This process requires the file to be created using a process called digitisation which turns your logo or image in to a stitchable file. This incurs a small setup fee of £15 but this is one off and only required the first time you order.

Embroidery is often used for front left logos or workwear and corporatewear, when doing larger back or front logos it is more costly than printing.

Cad Cut Printing

Cad Cut printing is created using solid coloured vinyls that have a graphic or design cut in to them, the excess vinyl is then weeded away to leave the design. For multi coloured designs like this picture, the pieces are pieced together and/or overlayed to create the multi coloured design. The designs are applied on a heat press using heat to seal the vinyl to the clothing.

We at A10 Printing also use a final process that isn't used by most garment decorators that ensures a long lasting finish and that nothing can peel off (Like it does from other companies), this does take longer but that is what makes our quality and finish stand out from our competitors.

Full Colour Heat Seal

Due to recent investment in new equipment around 2 years ago we can now offer full colour printing which is anything from a multi colour gradient print like the picture through to full colour photos for hen/stag tops, pillows and gifts, if it is full colour we can print it.

This process involves us printing on to a specially designed white heat seal material using our wide format eco solvent machine and then once cured for 24 hours we then heat seal on to the garment or item. Also using our finishing process as above to ensure its long lasting finish!
